You can browse Fresh Green freely. To place an order, you need an account with a verified phone number and a delivery address inside our service area.
You agree to use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping only. No scraping, no reselling, no abusive automation.
Keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account — if you spot anything suspicious, tell us immediately.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or repeatedly abuse refunds and replacements.
When you confirm an order, you make us an offer to buy. We accept it once payment clears and we email/SMS confirmation. Until then, either side can cancel.
Produce is sold by indicative weight. We aim to be within ±5% of the listed weight and adjust pricing on the invoice if it shifts more than that.
If an item is unavailable last-minute, we tell you before dispatch and refund or substitute with your consent.
Prices include all applicable taxes. The total you see at the final step of checkout is the total you pay.
Coupons are single-use unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined, and may have minimum-order or category restrictions. We reserve the right to disable a coupon that is being misused.

Fresh Green is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Where we are liable, our total liability for a single order is capped at the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for things the law does not allow us to limit — death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
