Eligibility
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
How to return
- Visit your order history and start a return on the relevant item.
- Pack the item in its original packaging. Print the label we email you.
- Hand the package to the courier we schedule, or drop it at the nearest partner pickup point.
Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue your refund within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Razorpay typically posts refunds back to your account within 2 working days after that.

Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To swap a size or colour, place a new order and return the original — both happen independently for the fastest turnaround.
